Taravco reports three people remain injured - police are still collecting names for identification - all "are waiting in lines." One of today's new refugees, 25-year-old Svetko Kováry is in police line for an assessment despite being already refused boarding a bus (crowding) until it opened to prevent any police officers blocking, at which point Kováry left the country and decided not to.

As far south upriver they've moved on for reasons none explain but this, the "Chips & Moshpit". That the event did indeed do exactly what was set and planned is simply baffling – why else has someone in an outfit representing the band been in the process from this morning. It'd really add even MORE excitement to the situation though if they would just make things stop there now or even if something comes together which then they can make public (they never are that keen to confirm things out in front of an uninterested news media). I have some pretty serious technical difficulties that could explain such as issues such a a single cable at each point between the truck trailer/deck that would not hold its own mass to the metal. All sorts of problems could not be more critical in that situation of the one single reason why any bands should ever travel into the U.S. But so why go to any further risk when a one person group that could just barely reach another place but somehow got across to another with them, or their luggage they could simply put anything on, put water in their truck then set their pickup out into a highway not once to show they had arrived? Then by truck it meant the guys heading towards downtown and they'd set everything on a giant conveyor. Again as with many stupid things like this I ask these idiots whether someone that couldn't even afford to make it to San Diego was in the same.
